Our group dog class is a time for you to create a bond with your dog that will last a lifetime.

Training time is limited and available to current kennel customers only.

Training Options (NOTE:  All training is by appointment only):

NOTE: Training time is very limited and is, therefore, only being offered to current kennel customers.

Training Evaluations - $50 flat fee.  Trainer, Tom Katalin, will observe and perform a hands on evaluation of your dog's training needs.

Training while boarded - $10.00 for a 20 minute one on one training session with Tom and your dog.

Private Lessons - $75.00 for a one hour on-site lesson with you and your dog.  Teaches the basic principles of obedience and conditioning. 

Training house calls are available within five miles of Houghton or Hancock for $100.00 per hour. Please contact the kennel if you would like at-home training and are more than 5 miles away.

Group Lessons -  $350.00 Includes 8 sessions.  Held twice weekly for 4wks.  Class size is limited to 8 dogs or less.  The next class - date tbd. Classes will be held every Tues and Thurs from 6pm-7pm for four weeks (8 sessions). Payment is due in full on the first day of class and is non-refundable for classes missed by the customer.

To request group lessons, go to the reservations tab and complete an online boarding request.  Specify "group lessons" in the comments section.  If you are the 8 in-line to attend the class, we will contact you once the class dates are chosen to see if you are still interested in attending.  Thank you for considering us for your training needs!
